My products are made using the freshest, finest ingredients. I am proud of my products and will always disclose each and every ingredient used. Your health is my concern and I want you to know exactly what you are using.
I enjoy filling custom orders, so please feel free to ask about a product, or scent, you do not see in my shop. I am always happy to put together a gift basket and send it to the recipient.
Since all my soaps are handmade, the colors may vary from the pictures posted on this site. Each batch will vary slightly in color and shape.
Due to the upcoming warm months, some products may "melt" in the heat. If this happens, an hour in the fridge will help "form" the product again.
Payment At this time I currently accept Paypal.
Shipping ** I only ship to the address that is confirmed on your Paypal account. Please make sure the address confirmed on your Paypal account is the accurate address before buying - this is your responsibility! I need to ship to this address because of Paypal's policy regarding contested transactions. They will not cover either party's expenses should something happen to the item if the item has not been shipped to the address they have on file.
***Packages are not insured ,so if you wish to purchase shipping insurance in case of lost or damaged packages, please email me and I will invoice you for the cost of insurance. USA packages will be sent with a delivery confirmation.
I currently mail packages within 48 hours within the USA.
I ship using the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges Because of the nature of our products, I do not accept returns. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I will make it right. Also, please be aware of your allergies. All ingredients are listed in the item description.
